Refund Policy...
Things happen in life. I understand.

If you have only received 1 proof and/or less than
3 hours of work has been completed
you will receive 50% of your retainer fee back.

If you have received more than 1 proof and/or more
than 3 hours of work has been completed
your retainer will be forfeited.
When you choose to resume work on your project
the amount already paid will be applied to the balance.

This refund policy does not cover delays in the design process due to non communication by the customer. Full retainer fee and any payment transaction fees, included credit card processing fees, will be forfeited if more than 7 consecutive days lapse without contact or project update, unless otherwise notified by customer or proof of an emergency situation can be provided.
